Return & Refund Policy — Desirewell

1. Overview
At Desirewell, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help — within the terms outlined below.
2. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 14 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale" or clearance
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items missing original packaging or tags
5. How to Start a Return
Email us at desirewellstore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions, including the return address.
Please don't send items back before receiving confirmation — returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective or damaged product), we cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other returns (e.g. change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we aren't responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at desirewellstore@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
9. Exchanges
We currently only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need a different size, colour, or item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider — posting times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at desirewellstore@gmail.com.
