Shipping policy
We ship physical orders worldwide from Desirewell. Here's what to expect.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers worldwide. If we're ever unable to ship to your location, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. As a general guide:

These are estimates only — actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders (outside Canada), your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office/carrier first, then contact us at desirewellstore@gmail.com.
- For packages that appear lost or significantly delayed in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a resolution.
- We're not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships, but can't guarantee changes once processing has started.
